Doctoral researcher at ETSU Centre of Excellence in Inflammation, Infectious Disease, and Immunity (CIIDI). May 2022-March 2024. Conducted research on predictors of COVID-19 vaccine uptake and hesitancy among people living with HIV/AIDS in Tennessee.

Epidemiologist at Tennessee Health Department (TDH)-Northeast Regional Office            May 2022-Dec 2022. Conducted research on routine childhood immunization in Northeast region in Tennessee, highlighted the trends/changes in vaccine exemptions over the last 5 years in the region.

Program Manager/Hub Coordinator at Abt Associate in a USAID SHOPS plus TB project. March 2020-April 2021. Coordinated the SHOPS Plus PPM Expansion project in three Sothern states in Nigeria and was able to systematically increase the TB case finding in supported states by 400% within a calendar year. 

Resident Doctor at Federal Teaching Hospital, Ido-Ekiti, Nigeria. Nov 2011 – February 2020.  Conducted Integrated Disease Surveillance and Response (IDSR) for Polio, Malaria, Measles, Diarrhoea diseases. Performed Data collection, visualization, analysis, interpretation, presentation and dissemination of report to local and state epidemiological teams.  Review of epidemiological data and dissemination of alert signals in suspected outbreaks. Taught and mentored Teaching resident doctors, medical students, nursing students, and community health workers.
